Do you make any distinction between fear and anxiety? If so, how do you experience them differently?

When you are anxious is it just a mental state or do you feel it in part of your body?

If you feel it in part of your body is it more in the back or the front, from the waist up or by the waist down?

What happens when you move it from where you're feeling it most strongly forward or backward, up or down?

If it's exclusively or even partly a mental state what kind of thoughts do you have that you

consider anxious thoughts?

Do these thoughts seem rational to you? If not, do you try to argue yourself out of

them and with what success?

Generally speaking do you try to hide your anxiety from others or do you let it show and talk about it?

Are there any substances like pharmaceuticals, cannabis, alcohol or other plant-based derivatives that

help with your anxiety? Which if any?

Is this help long lasting or are you anxious again as soon as the effects wear off?

Have you experienced anxiety for your entire life or did it start at a particular moment that you can remember?

Is there a particular time of day when you are likely to feel anxious?

Are there situations that you know make you anxious?

Can you explain why?

Are there particular people around you who usually feel anxious? Who?

Do you know why they have this effect on you?

Does your anxiety tend to be more about your own life, events in your neighborhood, or the state of the world?

Whichever areas it is in what changes do you imagine could happen that would reduce your anxiety?

How susceptible are you to being influenced by other people's anxiety?
