What is your earliest memory of hating someone or something?

When you think about it where in your body do you feel it?

If you let that feeling spread to your whole body what happens?

Is there any person, actually known to you, or a public figure, or a literary character, or

any group of people whom you hate?

Why do you hate them?

What would you like to see happen to them?

Can you slip into their bodies and look at the world through their eyes? What do you see?

Do you find hating exhilarating, exhausting or neutral in its emotional and physical effect on you?

What is your earliest memory of being hated?

How did that affect you?

Why do you think the hater hated you?

Did you try to do anything to change their feeling about you?

Were you successful? How did doing that thing affect you?

Do you think it is more common for parents to hate children or for children to hate parents?

Do you think people hate things and people they fear, things and people who have hurt them or both?

Have you ever told someone to their face, on the phone, or in written communication that

you hated them? If so how did they respond?

How did you feel afterwards.

If not, what inhibited you?

When you hate someone is your impulse to find out as much as you can about them or

to avoid taking in any information about them?

Have you ever hated someone until they revealed something about themselves that caused you to stop hating them?

What was it they revealed?

Have you ever thought that if people knew who you really were they would hate you?

Have you ever thought that if people knew you better they would have to stop hating you?
